Instyle Urban is a Perth-based retailer of architectural cladding, interior acoustic panels and related products. Our showroom is located in Wangara, Western Australia, and we currently sell and deliver within Western Australia.

4. Products, Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to display our products, finishes and specifications accurately. However, colours and textures may appear differently on screen, and we recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full purchase.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, and add or discontinue products at any time without notice.
All products are subject to availability. Stock levels can change, and some colours or sizes may be subject to lead times. We will let you know if an item you have ordered is delayed or unavailable.

5. Orders

An order placed through our website is an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept and confirm your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where there has been a pricing or product error, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery and Collection

We currently deliver within Western Australia and offer collection from our Wangara showroom. Delivery timeframes, areas, costs and collection arrangements are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or on collection. It is your responsibility to inspect products on receipt and to notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancy.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Product Use and Installation

Our products are building materials and must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and any applicable building codes and regulations.
Installation information and technical guides are provided as a general guide only and do not replace professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your intended application and installed by a competent person.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurement, unsuitable application, improper installation, or failure to follow installation instructions.

10. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any manufacturer's warranty offered with a product is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Instyle Urban and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees described in Section 10:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the relevant products or the cost of resupplying them.
