Shipping & Delivery Policy
Where we deliver
Instyle Urban currently delivers within Western Australia only, across two regions:
- Perth Metro — delivered Wednesdays
- South West WA — delivered Thursdays
Delivery is available to addresses within our defined Perth Metro and South West service areas. If your address falls outside these areas, a delivery option will not appear at checkout. You're welcome to contact us to discuss options, or to arrange collection from our Wangara showroom.
Delivery costs
Delivery is charged at a flat rate based on your delivery region. The applicable cost is calculated and displayed at checkout once your address is entered.
Delivery timing
We deliver to each region on a set day each week — Perth Metro on Wednesdays and South West WA on Thursdays. After you place an order, our team will be in touch to confirm your delivery and provide an estimated time window.
Orders must be placed by 12pm Tuesday to be included in that week's delivery run. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the following week.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Receiving your order
Our cladding and panel products are supplied in long lengths and can be heavy. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and assist with unloading your order.
Local pickup
You're welcome to collect your order free of charge from our Wangara showroom:
4/49 Dellamarta Road, Wangara WA 6065 Collection is available Monday to Friday 7am to 9am, and Saturday 8am to 10am.
We'll notify you when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation, and reply to your confirmation email to let us know your preferred collection day and time.
Stock availability
Some colours and sizes are subject to stock availability and longer lead times. Where an item is not in stock, the estimated lead time will be shown on the product page or confirmed by our team.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order on delivery or collection. If any item arrives damaged or you've received an incorrect item, contact us at sales@instyleurban.com.au or 0401 278 924 within 3 days of receiving your order so we can resolve it.
